What is neurodiversity?
Cerebral is committed to helping individuals understand and embrace their unique perspectives and strengths. We embrace the concept of neurodiversity and recognize that brain functioning differs from person to person. Being neurodivergent means that a person has ways that their brain functions outside of the "normal" way. Examples of neurodivergent diagnoses include Autism, ADHD, OCD, Dyspraxia, Dysgraphia, Dyslexia, Dyscalculia or Tourette's. Neurodiversity advocacy focuses on embracing and celebrating neurodivergent brains instead of trying to fix them and make them neurotypical.
Insurance?
Consultation and advocacy are services that are NOT covered by insurance, clients are responsible for all payments.
Cerebral Counseling and Consulting's fees are comparable to other licensed clinician's and advocates in the area. Clients will receive a summative estimate for the cost of services provided. Superbills are provided to submit for out of network service providers.
