Individual therapy

Individual mental health therapy involves one-on-one sessions a therapist and a client. It aims to help individuals overcome mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and other emotional issues. Through therapy, clients can learn coping skills, gain into their thoughts and behaviors, and develop a better understanding of themselves. Cerebral provides a safe and confidential space for individuals to explore their emotions, improve their mental health, and enhance their overall well-being.

I specialize in working with individuals over the age of 15 dealing with chronic illness, traumatic brain injuries, trauma, anxiety/depression, grief/loss, life transitions, parental support and neurodivergence. Using CBT and solution-focused techniques, we’ll work together to address your concerns, improving your overall quality of life.
